RULES ENFORCEMENT

Our goal is to provide a quiet, safe campground. Just like any other campground, we have rules in our park, and we enforce them. At registration, you will be given a site map with our policies. We will point out a few but it is important that you read all the rules so there is no question of what we expect of you & what you should expect from us.

SECURITY GATE

All guests will be given a gate access code. For the safety of all guests, please refrain from giving out this code. When visitors arrive after hours, please meet them at the gate to let them in. This includes meeting delivery personnel.

VISITORS

Family & friends are welcome to come to the park to visit you. Inform us if you are expecting guests and have them come to the lodge office to register with us. It is for your privacy and security that we do not allow guests to your site unless you have let us know you are expecting them.

There is a maximum of six people per site, including those staying in your site and your visitors. For example: If you have four people staying with you, two visitors are permitted. It is for the safety of everyone in our park that we have an accurate count of people and pets in case we would ever have to evacuate the park.

It is our goal to provide a safe, comfortable environment for our guests enjoying their stay at Basin RV Resort.

ARRIVAL TIMES

We pride ourselves in keeping a quiet, relaxing campground. Our quiet hours begin at 9:00 pm and guests prefer to have a peaceful night’s sleep without disturbance. We do, however, guide every guest to their site until 5:00 pm. If you have made a reservation and are arriving after 5:00 pm, please use your assigned gate code to enter and go directly to you to your assigned site.

QUIET TIME

9:00 PM to 7:00 AMPoolPool is for Basin RV Resort guests only.Pool is ‘swim at your own risk.’ No lifeguard on duty.No children under 16 years of age allowed unless accompanied by anadult (18 years or older).No glass bottles, food allowed in the pool area.The Pool is a pet and smoke free area.No diving All pool rules listed in pool area must be followed.

CHILDREN

Children are welcome in our park, though there are not many activities geared toward their entertainment

FIRE RULES / CAMPFIRES

Due to regular drought conditions and burn bans, we do not allow campfires or wood burning of any kind. Please feel free to bring your charcoal or propane grill. Propane fire pits are permittedon gravel or pad.

PARKING

Please park vehicles only at your assigned site. There is a two-vehicle maximum, plus your RV. Sites which appear to be vacant may have reservation and should not be used as parking. Parking in vacant RV sites will result inbeing charged the daily rate and / or vehicle being towed.

WIFI INFO

We provide basic WIFI to all guests. Streamable WIFI is available for an additional fee. Please log into the Basin RV network on your device for more options. If you need help, please contact the office staff.

COURTESY

Please respect your neighbors by keeping conversation, radio, television, and musical instrument volume to a minimum. The running of generators is not permitted.PETSNonaggressive dogs are welcome.Pets are allowed at RV sites, but not in any building. When outside, pets should be kept leashed in owner’s hand, under control, and never left unattended. We do not allow outside pensPets may be unleashed inside the bark park.Please be courteous and clean up after your pet both at your site and while walking.There is a $50.00 fine, if caught not picking up after your pet.If your pet is hostile, disruptive, or frequently barking, you will be asked to leave the campground. Animals larger than 65 pounds are not allowed unless permitted by management. Service dogs, regardless of breed, are permitted.There is a two-pet maximum.

TRASH

Dumpsters are located near the lodge. Please bag and tie tightly before dumping. Please maintain and leave a clean RV site.

SAFETY

Our speed limit is a strict 5 MPH.Please watch for children.Pop up tents, A/C Window Units, Clotheslines, ropes, or wires are not permitted.Firearms, paintball, b-b, pellet, air guns, slingshots, fireworks, or weapons of any kind are not permitted.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All rules are made for your safety and comfort and to ensurethe enjoyment of all guests.

Guests must be 21 years old or older to rent RV site.

Smoking is permitted only at your designated site. The lodge and all public areas and around the lodge are to remain smoke free. Please refrain from throwing cigarette butts on the ground.

Bicycle riding is allowed only in daylight hours.

Campers may arrive on a motorcycle but are not permitted to ride them throughout the park.

Only one camping unit is allowed per site. Tents are not permitted on campsites.

We are on a fragile septic system. Please refrain from flushing paper towels, diapers, baby wipes, feminine products, condoms, needles, food, grease, or anything other than RV safe toilet paper. This applies to the public restrooms as well.

Proper leveling blocks are to be used to level your RV. Sewer connection must have (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gasses from escaping. Tank is to be kept closed.

The management reserves the right to refuse service to any RV based on its appearance and/or condition.

Onerous, noxious, or offensive activity, excessive noise, abusive language, interference with other tenants, disturbing the peace, and willful or careless destruction of propertyin any manner is prohibited.

FEES, RATES, AND RENTAL POLICIES

A Resident Data Form must be completed for all residentsand on file with park management.

Rent is due the day of move every month. A late fee of $50.00 will be assessed if rent is 5 days late.

Monthly RV lot rentals are metered and charged for electricity used at a rate of $0.105 kwh.

A $100.00 deposit is required for monthly reservations.This is a nonrefundable deposit if reservation is canceled after booking.

A two-week (2) move-out notice is required for all monthly rentals. There are no refunds for early departure.

You may not assign or sublet your site.

We do not guarantee the same site if you choose to extend. Check with management for possible extension.

Security deposits are collected against default and damage to site and will be returned within 30 days of departure with cleaned lot and all accounts current.

RV, VEHICLES, AND SITE APPEARANCE

The management reserves the right to refuse service to any RV based on its appearance and/or condition. If your RV is 10 years old or older, pictures are required for approvalprior to confirmation of reservation.Proper leveling blocks are to be used to level your RV.Steps should be the right size for your RV and not handmade.

Pressure regulators are recommended for your water connection. The park assumes no responsibility for issues beyond your meter.It is mandatory that your sewer and/or gray water hose have a sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gasses from escaping. Tank is to be kept closed.

All vehicles, including RV, must have current registration, inspection, and license plates.

All vehicles must be in operational condition.Vehicles must park within the parameters of the RV site to avoid disrupting the flow oftraffic.Please no parking on concrete pad. All mechanical repairs, whether to vehicle or RV, must be performed off RV park premises, unless prior arrangements are made with management.

Semi-trucks, flatbed/other trailers, 3 or 4 wheelers or boats are to be stored off RV park premises. Unless approved by management.

No more than 2 storage containers are allowed on your site. They must be stored under RV and maintain a neat appearance.

Outdoor items should be neat and orderly. Mats and satellite dishes should be kept on your pad or gravel. Clothes lines arenot permitted.Holiday decorations are permitted; however, they must be removed within one (1) week after holiday.

A/C window units are not allowed.

All cords, cables and hoses should be bundled. Only heavy duty, outdoor extension cords are permitted.

Ladders are to be attached to the rig.

Skirting is not allowed.Pop up Tents are not allowed

Swimming pools or trampolines are not allowed.

GENERAL RULES.

Residents will be held liable for any damage to buildings, grounds, lots, or water/electric meters if damage is due to their negligence or the negligence of their children or guests.

Onerous, noxious, or offensive activity, excessive noise,abusive language, interference with other tenants,disturbing the peaceand willful or careless destructionof property in any manner will be cause for eviction. If law enforcement authorities are called for a disturbance at your site for any reason, you may be required to vacatethe park immediately.Notes will be posted for any violation of above mentioned.By law, Basin RV Park is a service-oriented business and therefore does not have a tenant/landlord relationship with any daily / weekly / monthly guests.* **
